ROOM RATES- $120.00 PER NIGHT, DOUBLE OCCUPANCY $50.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON IN THE ROOM. CABIN RATES- $140.00 PER NIGHT, DOUBLE OCCUPANCY $60.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON IN THE ROOM.
NO MEALS OR ENTERTAINMENT WILL BE PROVIDED. THIS INCLUDES USE OF RANCH AMENITIES AND MORNING COFFEE. YOU MAY RIDE HORSES FOR $30.00 PER PERSON, PER HOUR (TAX AND GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED). MASSAGE THERAPIST ON SITE (EXTRA CHARGE)

Rates are all inclusive and include three delicious meals each day (with the exception of Sunday dinner), lodging, bed linens, river and pool swimming, river tubing, hayrides, outdoor meals, horseback riding daily (except Sunday afternoon). Golf is available nearby. We have Rodeos every Friday night throughout the summer. All accommodations are air-conditioned.
We highly recommend you bring an old pair of sneakers for swimmin' in the river to protect your feet, a light jacket for some of our cool evenings by the campfire, and swimming towels to take with you to the local watering hole.
A deposit of one night's stay is required for each person and is due when reservations are made. Full payment is required upon arrival. If you leave before your scheduled departure date, we must charge you for the full reserved time.
We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, TRAVELERS CHECKS AND CASH.
Rates do not include State or Local Taxes.
Tips and gratuitues are appreciated.
**Although we love animals, we cannot provide lodging for your pets. There are, however, several kennels in the Bandera area. We will be happy to provide you with a list of names and phone numbers.
**Alcoholic beverages are not sold here - BYOB.

Check in any day (except Sundays) with reservations.
A deposit of one day's stay is required for each person and is due when reservations are made. We need a 72 hour cancellation notice for a deposit refund. Please complete the reservation form below and mail with check or credit card information. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL. Bookings are made well in advance so it is best to make reservations as early as possible. A 10% penalty fee charged for cancellations.
